Offer Details
Fiber-optic internet, commonly called fiber internet, or simply “fiber”, is a broadband connection that can reach speeds of up to 940 Megabits per second (Mbps), with low lag time. The technology uses fiber-optic cable, which amazingly can send data as fast as about 70% the speed of light. Limited availability. Service in select locations only.
Fiber internet is a great choice for high-bandwidth households where multiple users want to stream video, play online games, back up data, or send and receive large files at the same time.
New installation and monthly fiber internet cost varies according to the plan and speed you select. However, the benefits of fiber apply across the board. The low latency and reliability of fiber internet mean you can get consistent, reliable upload and download speeds, stream your favorite shows with almost no buffering, and experience significantly less lag when gaming.
*The CTL Fees are Facility Relocation Cost Recovery Fee, Property Tax Recovery Fee, and Federal Regulatory
Recovery Fee. These are neither taxes nor required by law but set by CenturyLink and may change. For
